Suma OptiFill portable manual warewashing dilution system

How OptiFill works

Place on the sink divider, align a centered stream, and fill each compartment with accurately diluted detergent or sanitizer.

Position the unit

Set OptiFill on the sink divider and adjust the slider if the divider is >½″. Keep a 4–8″ drop from faucet to unit.

Set a steady stream

Turn water fully on so a stream (not spray) enters the funnel at ~4–8 gpm. If the stream fans/splashes, fit the Faucet Adapter.

Prime then fill & verify

On first use, prime 30–45 s with the drain open, then fill. For sanitizer, use QT-10 strips to verify ~200 ppm at 65–85 °F.

Operating guidance:
Stream only • 4–8″ drop height • 4–8 gpm flow • First-use prime 30–45 s • Remove & store after filling • Do not exceed 122 °F.

Center the water stream in the funnel; keep funnel free of debris.
Use water only through OptiFill; recycle empty unit per local practice.
Use QT-10 strips; compare immediately (avoid testing in foam).

Don’t

Don’t use overhead rinse arms or any pressurized system.
Don’t remove the bottle head or attempt to refill the bottle.
Don’t use water hotter than 122 °F (50 °C).
